"During the crazy wind storm Springfield, Oh endured this month, my roof mostly blew off my condo. I went into the Ashley Himes office (without an appt) and as usual was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by their office manager. She was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and set me up with an appt with an adjuster. Long story short, after waiting in line for awhile to get my details from the adjuster, I received a call from the office offering to explain (again) anything I didn't understand. I was extremely happy to hear from the office. It is not often you are offered help from a business without having to beg for it. I am always happy to deal with this office, if I may say filled with FEMALE employees, because I know I will always be treated as they would want to be treated.
