"During the crazy wind storm Springfield, Oh endured this month, my roof mostly blew off my condo. I went into the Ashley Himes office (without an appt) and as usual was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by their office manager. She was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and set me up with an appt with an adjuster. Long story short, after waiting in line for awhile to get my details from the adjuster, I received a call from the office offering to explain (again) anything I didn't understand. I was extremely happy to hear from the office. It is not often you are offered help from a business without having to beg for it. I am always happy to deal with this office, if I may say filled with FEMALE employees, because I know I will always be treated as they would want to be treated. Other businesses could take a lesson from these ladies, they are top notch individuals, professionals and extremely HUMAN!!"

"I cannot discourage you all enough from signing up with State Farm. One accident in 10 years and they have now dropped us from coverage. Absolutely disgusting business practice. *EDIT AFTER RESPONSE* - Angie already did a poor enough job of explaining which is to say there is no real explanation other than greed. We have had State Farm for almost 10 years averaging $350/mo premium. That equates to about $42,000 in total. State Farm Revenue was 5.6 BILLION in 2024. So after all that money spent on premiums, one accident and 2 vandalism claims gets me to a point of non renewal. Greed is the only answer no matter how much you try to sugar coat it"

No tickets, our rates went up with them continuously and when asked why they stated on past policies we used our road side assistance too much on vehicles we don’t own anymore and that they never insured.
